So, this is me, I'm Del, hello!
My name is Delyth Cole and I'm a qualified therapist based on the Wirral Peninsula.
... And I love my job, I came to the therapy sector later on after working in business for many years ... and I know it sounds cliché - but I do feel it is really special to be able to do this type of work, to provide my clients with a safe space and a listening ear so that they can feel seen and feel heard ... which, let's be honest - outside of the therapy room - doesn't happen very often these days!
I believe in a collaborative and non-judgemental approach, where you can feel comfortable being yourself and expressing your emotions. I'm here with you on your journey towards better mental health and well-being.
I understand that seeking help can be daunting, I've had my own counselling so I do get it, please know I am here to support you every step of the way - a safe pair of hands.
